To Our Customers,

During this global pandemic, the health and safety of our customers and our employees is our highest priority.  However, we also remain committed to support you with quality sample testing.  Unless Federal or State governments mandate that we temporarily shut down, NJ Labs plans to remain open in order to continue supporting your testing needs.

As a testing laboratory, it is our normal course of business to maintain a clean and contamination-free work environment.  Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken even more cleanliness measures to further protect our employees including the implementation of even more hand sanitization measures and recommended social distancing techniques.  However, please be advised that if the current situation worsens, we may have to implement even more restrictive workplace measures which could impact our sample turnaround times.

For the time being, we ask that you use the following procedures in order for NJ Labs to maintain our current levels of service:

In-person sample drop offs: At this time, we will only allow you to leave samples in the vestibule at our main entrance.  We cannot permit any further entry into our building.  We will have a table setup to drop off your samples.  If you require a signature confirming a receipt, we will email a receipt confirmation to you.

Headquarter visits and entry for audits or other business meetings: We are not permitting any in-person visits for business meetings or customer audits until the work environment returns to normal.  We encourage conference calls or online meetings.

Our commitment to deliver the quality work you expect is unwavering.  These temporary measures will help us maintain that commitment to you.  In case there are any new developments you can also stay tuned to our social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook.  Otherwise if you have any questions, please contact me directly.

Best regards,

Sandra E. Lee
