- Elemental Analysis
- What is Elemental Analysis?
Elemental analysis is a fairly new type of testing performed on heavy metals that is quickly growing in demand. As of January 1, 2018, heavy metals testing by general chemistry is no longer considered a viable method of analysis for heavy metals and the FDA has begun requiring elemental analysis to validate heavy metal content.
New Jersey Laboratories is experienced and skilled in elemental analysis, and we will work with you to meet your testing requirements.
- When is elemental analysis commonly used?
Elemental anlysis is useful in any industry and across all products
- How should I prepare my product for elemental analysis?
Clients typically provide specifications for the testing of their products, and we will create a protocol based on your specifications.
- What is the turnaround time for elemental analysis testing?
Elemental analysis typically takes approximately 10 business days. We recommend a 3-week lead time, but please reach out to us with your needs. We will work with you to meet your timelines.
